Private House #213

This private house is located next to a children park in which there are variety of trees, Japanese cypress, cherry, maple and so on. The brief is that initially the clients (husband and wife) are intending to live only on first floor. Then later they will shift to ground floor when their son’s family move into frist floor of the house. Therefore at the entrance one leads to ground floor and the other directly to the staircase to first floor. By locating staircase used privately by the two families, the house allow three dimentional circulation and decreasing the distance between the two floors.
