Private House #201

This private house is located in densely built residencial neighbourhood in Tokyo. The plot is about 100 square meter, out of which 25 square meter is allocated as the extension in order to obtain minimum frontage to access the plot. This extension is treated as small open space, and the entrance is planned to the north where the plot is connecting to the other accecss road. So as to keep maximum cross ventilation, natural light and privacy of the family, small gaps between plots are taken in to the interior space.
